After having worked in the residential Real Estate market in Greater Vancouver with remarkable success, Jessica & Olivier made the decision to move to Victoria. This decision was mostly motivated by their desire to begin their family in an environment that would provide them with the best quality of life according to their lifestyle.
Jessica grew up in Victoria where her parents Karin and Kim Amorim www.karinandkim.com have been reputable Realtors® since 1993. Since young, she has been surrounded by the industry. This has given her a strong understanding of the highs and lows of the real estate profession and the desire to create her own husband and wife team with Olivier. Furthermore, both of them have an educational background in Business, and years of work experience.
Jessica holds a B.Com. International Business from UVIC and spent several years working as a buyer agent for a complex import/export company based in Vancouver. This activity helped her to build strong negotiation skills, ability to face challenges and to solve unexpected problems as well as endurance to survive in a tough environment. Jessica was born in Portugal, from a charming Swedish mother and a jovial Portuguese father. Since baby, she was confronted with many nationalities and…long story short… she commands three languages to better communicate her dreams.
Olivier was born and raised in Paris, where he worked mainly as a sales representative in the Marketing industry. In 2006, Olivier achieved one of his dreams: he came to Canada to see the Rocky Mountains, and on the way, he fell in love with beautiful British Columbia and Jessica, his future wife. For his first while in Vancouver, Olivier worked in an IT position with HSBC; where he developed his strength in conducting problem diagnosis and solution to ensure client satisfaction.
Due to their international backgrounds, they can assist you in French, Portuguese, Swedish, and English.
We want to be your Realtors® for life, and your friends too, building our reputation by results, one client at a time.
